I've always praised Jade palace however tonight I noticed a change in the portions. Overkill of onion in the Chinese chicken curry and less chicken than usual the container wasn't full like usual either! Really hoping this is a one off especially with a takeaway for 2 costing over £34, service charge, bag and delivery fee alone is £5.90!

I usually order duck with pineapple which has always been in a fruity sauce with onions, however this evening it was in a clear syrupy sauce, no onions and barely any pineapple. I am assuming a different chef is on today as this is the first time it's been cooked this way. I'll give them one last chance and if the food is as awful as today I won't be ordereding again.

Never had any issues before, but night after 3 phone calls to them and over 2 hrs waiting our food was not delivered and they made the excuse they couldn't give refunds or credit notes because I ordered online, and I have to contact the online company for a refund which there are no contact details for as I ordered through Jade Palace website! Absolute joke!

The food from Jade palace has always been exceptional, tonight was no different. I've been ordering from them for 8 years and have only ever left rave reviews. My only reason for dropping as star on this one occasion, was that we waited 90 minutes for delivery. Food was delicious though, made even more so because we were really hungry.
